Sanctioning of M.C.R. Chappals to Senior Citizens

The A.P. Differently Abled & Senior Citizens Assistance Corporation, Andhra Pradesh, launched the scheme Sanctioning of M.C.R. Chappals to Senior Citizens under its action plan 2017-18, aims to provide M.C.R. (Micro Cellular Rubber) chappals to senior citizens. The M.C.R. chappals are distributed by the Assistant Directors, Department for the Welfare of Differently Abled & Senior Citizens, and District Managers, A.P. Differently Abled & Senior Citizens Assistance Corporation.

Benefits

Distribution of Daisy Players.

1. Category I: Parent/Guardian income up to ?15,000/- per month – full cost covered.
2. Category II: Parent/Guardian income from ?15,001 to ?20,000/- per month – half of the cost covered.
3. Category III: Parent/Guardian income above ?20,000/- per month – full cost to be borne by the beneficiary.

Eligibility

1. The applicants age should be 60 years and above.
2. The applicant should not have availed the benefit of this scheme earlier.

Application Process

Online

1. The interested student needs to visit the official website.

2. Click on the Online Applications on the home page.

3. Select the category click here to apply for differently abled schemes

4. Now click on Apply Online respect to the scheme name.

5. And confirm your registration.
   If applicant was not register earlier

6. Answer the above registration question as No.

7. Fill in your Aadhaar card name, Aadhaar number, Mobile number, email ID.

8. Create a new password for this application.

9. Click on Register After that get the registration number.

10. Click here to Login.

11. Again, ask the same Are you registered already: Yes/No Select Yes.

12. Enter email/mobile number and password.

13. Click on Login and select the category again click here to apply for differently abled schemes .

14. Fill out the application form for personal employment and disability detail.

15. Click on Submit.

    Documents Required

    1. Income Certificate.
    2. Medical Recommendation (not below the rank of Assistant Civil Surgeon Certificate).
    3. Aadhaar Card.
    4. Cell/Mobile Number.
