Mahila Samiriddhi Yojana for Backward Classes- Haryana

The scheme Mahila Samiriddhi Yojana for Backward Classes is implemented by the Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam. This scheme provides loans up to ?1,25,000/- per beneficiary exclusively to women entrepreneurs of the target group, either directly or through self-help groups. It applies to women aged between 18 to 55 years who are permanent residents of Haryana. The scheme empowers women by offering financial support to start or expand their businesses.

Benefits

1. Under this scheme, Nigam provides loans up to ?1,25,000/- per beneficiary only to women entrepreneurs of the target group either directly or through Self-Help Groups.

Eligibility

1. The applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana.
2. The applicant should be between 18 and 55 years old.
3. This scheme is applicable for women only.
4. The applicant should belong to Backward Classes in the case of individual woman beneficiary.
5. In a Self-Help Group (SHG) 60% of members can be from Backward Classes and the remaining 40% members may be from other weaker sections like SC/Handicapped/Minorities etc.
6. The applicants annual family income should not exceed ?3,00,000/- in both rural and urban areas.
7. The applicant should have Pariwar Pehchan Patra (PPP ID).

Application Process

Online

Registration Process on Antyodaya-SARAL Portal:

1. The eligible applicant may apply online through the Official Portal- Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. https://saralharyana.gov.in/?

2. If the applicant is not registered on the portal, he/she gets registered there.

3. For registration, click New User under ‘Sign In Here’ and fill in all the mandatory details i.e. Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, Password & State. Click on ‘Submit’.

4. Verify your mobile number and email ID through the received OTP and complete the registration process.
   Login to apply for the scheme:

5. To avail the benefits of the scheme, visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal and log in through the email ID used while registering.

6. Enter Password & Captcha and click on ‘Login’.

7. After successful login, click on ‘Apply for Services’ and then ‘View all Available Services’

8. Now, you can search for the scheme and click on the scheme to go ahead and fill out the application form.

9. Enter your Parivar Pehchan Patra number - Family ID and click on Click here to Fetch Family Data which displays the family members registered under the given Family ID.

10. Select the beneficiary/applicant name and enter the OTP that is being sent to the selected family member for verification. Click on Click to Verify

11. Fill in all the mandatory details and upload all the mandatory documents.

12. Preview the application form and click on ‘Submit’.
    Tracking of Application:

    Applicants can track their applications through the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal by entering their Department Name, Scheme Name, and Application Reference ID.
